Citizens Advice Bournemouth, Christchurch & Poole has released its schedule of drop-in services and outreach locations for residents seeking advice. The organisation offers several ways for people to access their services, with drop-in centres and outreach locations across the region.
Drop-in Service Locations and Times:
- Bournemouth: Civic Centre, Town Hall (BH2 6DX), Monday – Thursday 10am-2:30pm (arrive before 9am)
- Christchurch: Christchurch Central Library (BH23 1AW), Monday – Friday 9:30am-12:30pm (arrive at 9am)
- Poole: Poole Central Library (BH15 1QE), Monday – Thursday 10am-2:30pm (arrive at 9am)
Outreach Locations:
Citizens Advice also provides services at various outreach locations. These locations and times vary, so please check the schedule carefully:
- Water Lily, Barrack Rd (BH23 2AW): Mondays, 10:00 am – 2:00 pm (Starting 5th May 2025)
- Boscombe Engagement Hub (BH1 4BT): Tuesdays, 10:00 am – 12:00 pm (Starting 19th May 2025)
- Bourne Hub (BH12 4DY): Wednesdays 11:00am-2pm (Starting 5th May 2025)
- Somerford Arc (BH23 3EH): Thursdays, 10:00 am – 12:00 pm
- Henry Brown Centre, West Howe (BH11 8DU): Tuesdays 10:00 am – 12:00 pm (Starting 12th May 2025)
- Townsend Community Centre (BH8 0LT): Wednesdays 10:00 am – 12:00 pm (Starting 26th May 2025)
- Access Wellbeing Poole (Dolphin Centre): Wednesdays, 10:00 am – 3:00 pm
