Find Your Moment During Mental Health Awareness Week with Dorset Mental Health Forum!

Get ready for a week of fantastic activities hosted by Dorset Mental Health Forum as part of Mental Health Awareness Week! This year’s theme is #momentsformovement, and they’ve organized a wonderful array of events designed to help you find your moment to connect, move, and boost your wellbeing.

Here’s a sneak peek at what’s on offer:

Tuesday 14th May – Weymouth

  • Organised Walk and Café Social: Join them for a refreshing walk followed by a relaxing social gathering at 11 am at the Jubilee Clock Tower.

Tuesday 14th May – Bournemouth

  • 6-a-side Football Tournament with AFCB Community Trust: Get your game on with a fun football tournament! Kick-off is at 3:30 pm at the AFCB mini astro pitches. There’s a small entry fee of £1 per person.

Wednesday 15th May – Poole

  • Beach Activities Day: Head to Flaghead Chine between 10 am and 4 pm for a day of enjoyable beach activities. Soak up the sun and sea air!

Thursday 16th May – Weymouth

  • Golf Putting and Café Social: Enjoy a round of golf putting followed by a friendly café social at Greenhill Gardens from 2 pm to 3 pm. The cost is £3 per person.
