Immanuel Church Southbourne Launches “Wellbeing 120” for Mental Health Support
Immanuel Church Southbourne is offering a new initiative called “Wellbeing 120,” providing a safe and supportive space for individuals struggling with their emotional and mental health. The sessions are held every Tuesday at 10 am at Immanuel Church.
Wellbeing 120 is designed to be a welcoming environment where “it’s ok to not be ok.” It aims to foster connection and community among those who are facing mental health challenges, offering a shared space for support and understanding.
This initiative is part of the broader Renew Wellbeing movement, which partners with churches to open spaces of welcome and companionship where it’s okay to not be okay.
