Bereavement Group. Situated in the beautiful surroundings of Hengistbury Head, our nature-focused bereavement group provide therapeutic benefits of nature, alongside social support.

Who is the nature-focused bereavement group for?
This group is open to anyone who has lost someone in their lives and would like to take some time out in nature with others.

When and where does the group meet?
We meet up every Tuesday between 10am-12pm, usually at Hengistbury Head Visitor Centre.

What does the group do?
We get stuck into a nature-focused activity such as something arty (we’ve been building bird boxes and bug hotels, and reindeer) or maybe species identification:
